Meet & Greet​

• I will provide a free meet and greet prior to your first sit, this gives me an opportunity for you to meet me and for me to meet you and your animals so we can get to know each other better, this is also helpful for your animals to have met me first before our first sit together.

• we will discuss information I need for example your animals needs, their daily routine, medication/special instructions likes & Dislikes, any behavioural concerns, any commands/equipment you like me to use.

• I provide you with a enrolment pack which includes terms & conditions and a enrolment form.

•  You are welcome to have a look at my qualification certificates/DBS certificate.

• Equine services are completely catered to your animal individual needs. 

• All services are done to a high standard, every care will be taken to insure your animals get the care they need.​

• Regular updates and photos. 

• DBs checked/qualified so you can be sure your home and animals are in safe hands.

• Emergency plans in place (can be found in T&C's ) along with forms for vet details ect, your animals wellbeing will always be carefully monitored while you are away and in communication with you. 

• all animals will be loved and cared for as I do for my own.
